FIRST SOUTH AMERICA FLIGHT
This series of two stamps features an image of The Graf Zeppelin, L.Z. 127 flying around the world. This was the second of four Zeppelin issues to feature this design, the differences being in the overprint. The first issue in 1928 Michel 423, 424 and 455 has no overprint, the third issue in 1931 was the Polar Flight issue Michel 456 to 458 and the final issue in 1933 was to commemorate the Chicago World's Fair Michel 496 to 498.
