This series of eight Airmail stamps was issued on 1st Apr 1926 and each stamp features an eagle ready to fly. These stamps were valid for use until 30th Jun 1934

GERMAN AID FOR THE NEEDY (II)

On 1st Dec 1926 a second set of semi-postal Coat of Arms stamps was issued to raise funds for German charities. Unlike the first set of three stamps Michel 375 to 377, this set comprised four stamps. Two further sets were issued, Michel 425 to 429 in 1928 and a final set Michel 430 to 434 in 1929.
