BERLIN STAMP EXHIBITION
2nd/9th Nov 1924

BACKGROUND: There were at least two postcards published to commemorate the Berlin Stamp Exhibition held from 2nd until 9th Nov 1924. The designs feature Kaiser Wilhelm II, the Bern memorial, nymphs and discontinued postage stamps.

SPECIAL CANCEL: A special handstamp was used during the exhibition inscribed "BERLIN NW | Berliner Briefmarken-Ausstellung 1924 | 2.-9.Nov". This handstamp can be seen on the two examples below.
