BACKGROUND: Issued in 1920 due to an increase in Postage rates. The layout of the card, the design of the pre-printed stamp and the overprint are the same as P128.

The Question part of the card has the text "Postkarte | mit Antwortkarte" to the right of the vertical divider. The Answer portion of the card has the text "Postkarte | (Antworte)".

P130 has two variants:

P130/01: The published date at the bottom right-hand corner is '20'
P130/02: The published date at the bottom right-hand corner is '21'
