BACKGROUND: Issued 1920 and measuring 140 x 90mm. This Kartenbrief is the only official card that has a 20 Pf, violet, pre-printed Bavarian stamp with two-line overprint "Deutsches | Reich". There is a date code "20" in the lower left-hand corner of the card.
