GET TO KNOW GERMANY
THE SIXTH HINDENBURG SERIES
P233 / 37-97-1-B5

The sixth Hindenburg series of Get to Know Germany appeared in mid 1937 and is referred to as P238 in the Michel series. In this series the green tones, images and text colour returns, but the pre-printed Hindenburg stamp is now a 5 Rpf stamp rather than the original 6 Rpf stamp. This set bears the printers number 37-97 and consists of the usual 9 cards.

The inscription below the image of the town reads "Neues Rathaus und Hauptverwaltungsgebäude | der Stadtsparkasse Siegmar-Schönau"
