THIRD EBERT SERIES
P189 / 17
The third Ebert series of postcards appeared in 1930 and are refered to as P189 in the Michel series. This series comprises a total of 61 different cards. Cards of the third Ebert series differ from the first and second series by:
(1) The picture of the scene is now a photograph rather than a line drawing and
(2) There is a brief description of the scene beneath the photograph
(3) There is still no 'Lernt Deutschland Kennen!' title.
P189 / 17 features the city of DRESDEN on the Elbe River, a city located in Saxony and the eastern most major city in Germany.
The inscription below the image reads "Dresden" - 'Dresden'
