Unlike the other feldpost cards, this plain looking feldpost card features only text. The sender's section has the words "Absender:", "Wohnort, auch zustell- oder Leitpostamt" and "Straβe, hausnummer, Gebäudeteil, Stockwert oder Post-schlieβfachnummer" and three dotted lines.

The destination section has four dotted address lines and the following texts "Feldpost", "Feldpostnummer:", Postsammelstelle:", and "(bei Truppen ohne postsammlerstelle den Vermerk, "ohne")
