TYPE 6

Type 6 feldpost cards all feature a small hand-drwn image at the bottom of the sender's section along with the abbreviation "Abs:" and three solid lines. Also between the image and the vertical dividing line is a reference number. The destination section has the word "Feldpostkarte", four thin solid lines and a single thick solid line. The reverse side is blank.

This example features a sword and a plough alongside ears of corn. This particular example was cancelled with a HANNOVER 'a' FLUGHAFEN stamp on 31st Mar 1944.

This example is identical to the one above except for the printer's code, and different font used for the 'Feldpostkarte' text. The card features a sword and a plough alongside ears of corn. This particular example was cancelled with a FRIEDBERG (HESS) handstamp on 3rd Nov 1943.

Below is another example of this card that is identical to the two above except it has yet another printer's code, and different font used for the 'Feldpostkarte' text. The card features a sword and a plough alongside ears of corn. This particular example was cancelled with a DESSAU-ROSSLAU handstamp on 5th Jul 1943.
