Issued: 1918. This instruction envelope was only issued for use in Württemberg, the numbering follows that of the Württemberg instruction envelopes.

Pubished due to the increase in postal rates on 1st Oct 1918. The value stamp is a Germania stamp with a smooth, hatched background. The design is the same as that for AU50. The postal rates fee table on the reverse of the card has also changed from the earlier design. The card colour is a lilght yellow-brown and the card measures 155 x 122mm.
