BACKGROUND: There were three postcards in this series of cards published to commemorate the Silver Wedding Anniversary of King William II of Württemberg and his wife Charlotte of Schaumburg-Lippe on 8th Apr 1911. The cards are identical except for the colour and the value stamp.
