GERMAN EMPIRE
OFFICAL POSTCARDS
PZD
(1906)

line
Issued in 1906, there were 10 different cards classified under the prefix PZD. These were existing Official postcards with a Germania pre-printed stamp, but now with 4 bars over the original stamp and the word "Postkarte". An additional stamp has been added next to the old stamp and the word "Drucksache" has been printed below the obliterated "Postkarte". These were printed to private order.
