Issued 1904/05. Like the previous issue A26 but "Postanweisung" now shifted to the left next to the graduation line. Watermark 2 = alternating capital letters and numbers (A5) one below the other. With 20Pf blue Germania stamp inscribed "DEUTSCHES REICH".
