This laterst issue envelope features the new GERMANIA 30Pf pre-printed stamp with the inscription "REICHSPOST". The card measures 126 x 81mm and is manufactured using rose coloured paper. Not permitted for use in Bavaria or Württemberg after 1st Apr 1902.

There are two variations:
RU4a: manufactured on smooth paper.
RU4b: manufactured on rougher paper.
