Issued 1898. Plate printing with a changed imprint, now only control numbers, without letters (1098-1099). The control data is only found on the question part. No watermark.
There are two versions of P38 as follows:
P38-I : with a gap in the 4th dotted line of the address
P38-II : without a gap.
Valid Control Codes:
P38I: 1098 and 1198, both with gap in 4th dotted line (left 30)
P38II: 199, 299, 399, 499, 599, 699, 899, 999 and 1099
In addition to the regular official card there were others with private printing.
