Issued:1889. Distance between the dotted lines of the Address almost the same spacing (10: 11: 11mm).

NO PRINT CONTROL DATE OR LETTER, ONLY DOT GAPS.

There are three types for P21:

P21-I : gap in the 4th address line
P21-II : without gap in the 4th address line
P21-III : as Type II above but the remarks are higher up (see variations below).



ABOVE LEFT: P21-I and II, distance from edge to "Nur" is 17 to 18mm
ABOVE RIGHT: P21-III, distance from edge to "Nur" is 25.5mm

Valid print date control data:
P21 I: gaps at the following postions - L5, 10, 15, 20, 30 or R5.

The above example from my collection has a print control gap in the 4th dotted address line at position L15.
