BACKGROUND: This G.Fritz designed stamp was issued on 28th Mar 1940 to coincide with the 2nd National Stamp Exhibition held in Berlin. The image portrayed on the stamp is of the courtyard of the Reich's Chancellory in Berlin, and there are several shades of colour varying from light green to blackish green.
