VALIDITY: 3rd Oct 1941 until the end of the war.

BACKGROUND: Published 3rd Oct 1941 to commemorate the Reich Association of Philatelists. The right side of the postcard features a 3 Rpf Hitler Medallion stamp surrounded by an oak leaf wreath and swastika. The image of the stamp on the left is of the 1938 Michel 662 stamp, issued to celebrate the union with Austria.

SONDERSTEMPEL: There was a special cancel available inscribed "WIEN | 6. REICHS= | BUNDESTAG | 47. DEUTSCHER | PHILATELISTENTAG"
