6 Rpf EBERT PRE-PRINTED STAMP
Issued 1933. Like P199 but now with changed form. The five-line return address is now 24.5mm high. The stamp is a Friedrich Ebert, olive green, 6 Rpf pre-printed stamp.
As well as the official card there were a number of official cards with additional private printing.
