BACKGROUND: This postcard was sponsored by the W.H.W to commemorate the Easter stroll. This event is held every Easter throughout Germany and includes social gatherings, easter egg searches as well as other community minfded activities. The Easter Stroll is still held today. The example below wa cancelled in JÖSSNITZ (VOGTLAND) on 7th Apr 1927.
