Issued 1908 and measuring 125 x 88mm. Inscribed 'Rohrpost=Karte' with a 25 Pf Germania stamp inscribed 'DEUTSCHES REICH'. This card does not have a watermark. Similar design to the 1902 RP13 and 1918 issue RP15.
