BACKGROUND: This undated postcard was published by Franz Weber of Berlin for the Berlin Postal Stationery Collectors' Association, probably in 1913. The image is that of a winged letter flying over the globe.
There are five versions of this card:
PP23-B-5/01: 3 Pf Germania, reverse side is blank.
PP23-B-5/02: 3 Pf Germania, reverse side invitation to the 1913 General Assembly.
PP27-B-6/01: 5 Pf Germania, light green, reverse side is blank.
PP27-B-6/02: 5 Pf Germania, dark green, reverse side is blank.
PP27-B-6/03: 5 Pf Germania, dark green, reverse side invitation to the 1913 General Assembly.
