Issued 1904/05. Like the previous issue A25 but "Postanweisung" now shifted to the left next to the graduation line. Watermark 2 = alternating capital letters and numbers (A5) one below the other. 10 Pf carmine Germania value stamp inscribed "DEUTSCHES REICH".
